Counseling is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each individual's goals, strengths, and values.
My approach to counseling is grounded in the belief that growth is possible even when life does not unfold as planned. Together, we will identify meaningful goals, explore obstacles and strengths, and adapt as circumstances change. I strive to help clients build self-awareness, resilience, and practical tools that support both present needs and future aspirations.
Drawing from humanistic, constructivist, psychodynamic, and wellness-oriented perspectives, I tailor counseling to each individual's unique experiences and goals. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive reframing, mindfulness, behavior change strategies, creative interventions, ecotherapy, and bibliotherapy while honoring the meaning clients make of their life experiences.
Counseling is a collaborative process. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, clarify values, strengthen relationships, and cultivate hope while facing life's realities. When appropriate and with client consent, I may collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care that best supports overall well-being.
Whole-Person Wellness: I believe meaningful change occurs when we attend to the interconnected dimensions of life—emotional, relational, physical, and, when important to the individual, spiritual well-being.
My Goal is to make therapy as accessible as possible - I'd be happy to support you!
